Sweet Potato Rice Pancakes

The sweet potatoes are roasted and peeled to prepare cooked rice.

Put the cooked rice into a fresh-keeping bag and roll it into pieces.

Grab the sweet potatoes and rice well.

Roll out into a 1 cm thick sheet, and use a circular mold to print out the cake embryo.

Put oil on the non-stick frying pan and heat it up. Fry over low heat until golden on both sides, and take out.

It can be eaten with honey, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Tips:
The sweet potato itself has a sweet taste, and the sweetness is just right when it is topped with honey after being fried. If your taste is sweeter, you can add some sugar in step 3 to knead the rice together.
