The First Bowl of Beef Soup in Winter
1.
Bone blanching
2.
Steak blanching
3.
Cut the steak into small pieces (the steak is 3 catties, I only used half of it, the pot won’t fit)
4.
Put the beef bones, steak, Codonopsis pilosula, sand ginseng, wolfberry, and ginger in half a pot of water and cook for 1.5 hours on low heat. The beef broth should be boiled well before adding salt. Don't put it in advance, otherwise it will be very woody when it tastes and the taste will not be good.
5.
Add salt and monosodium glutamate and you can eat it. The soup is a bit oily, so you can skim off the oil
Tips:
The salt must be cooked after the steak is cooked, otherwise the beef will taste very woody.
