Tomato White Clam and Egg Soup

The white clams are peeled to get the meat.

Add eggs and beat well.

Put a little oil in the pan and pour the egg mixture.

Stir fry quickly.

Peel the tomatoes and cut into pieces, and cut the parsley into sections.

Put the fried white clams in the pot with water. Bring to a boil on high fire.

When the soup turns white after boiling, add tomatoes.

Bring to a boil again and add some salt to taste.

Turn off the heat and add the coriander.

Add a little sesame oil.

Add the right amount of pepper to taste and bring out of the pan.
Tips:
1. If the white clams you buy have silt, they must be washed thoroughly.
2. If you use the original soup of white clams, the taste is more fresh.
