Wash the steaks and chop them crosswise with a knife.

Add salt, cooking wine, white pepper, cornstarch, ginger, and egg white, mix well, and marinate for about half an hour.

Coat the breadcrumbs evenly after marinating.

After the pot is heated, pour corn oil into it, heat it to 7 or 8 to mature, and put in the steak.

Deep fried until golden brown and fish out.
