Toon Sprout Bean Roll

Remove the roots of the toon seedlings, wash them, and drain them.

Shred the chives into shreds with boiling water until soft, set aside.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add the bean flakes and blanch for 2 minutes to remove the beany taste.
4.
Spread the toon seedlings on the unfolded bean slices and gently roll them up.
5.
Tie a green onion knot with scallions and serve as a dipped bean paste.
