Tutu Bread

Put all ingredients except butter in the bread machine

Cover the machine. Set low speed for mixing for 10 minutes. Turn to high speed for mixing for 20 minutes. Knead until the gluten is extended and the surface is smooth

Add butter. Continue mixing for 5 minutes

After kneading to the expansion stage, take a piece of dough to observe, knead out the glove film and start basic fermentation

After fermentation

Take out the dough and divide it into 6 large doughs and 12 small doughs, round and relax for 15 minutes

Roll out the loose dough into a round shape and add raisins

Close the mouth and squeeze, put it in the baking tray

Roll the small dough into an oval shape and roll it up and down

Then rub it into a strip

Fold it in half and place it under the big dough to make ears, and put it in a warm place for final fermentation

Put it into the preheated oven and heat it up and down for 25 minutes (because the two roasting pans are grilled to 15 minutes, the two roasting pans will be swapped)
