Two-color Butterfly Roll
1.
Wash 1 small handful of wolfberry with clean water, then add water and crush it with a food processor.
2.
Filter it again with a strainer to remove the residue and save the juice for later use!
3.
Prepare two bowls of flour (150g each), a small bowl of water and a small bowl of goji berry juice, and add a teaspoon of yeast to each
4.
Stir the yeast to melt, pour it into the flour, and use chopsticks to stir it into a flocculent
5.
And then knead them into dough separately
6.
Roll the two dough into a rectangle, and roll the white one shorter.
7.
Brush the middle of the two layers of skin with some water, and then stack them on top of each other.
8.
Then brush a thin layer of water on the white top and roll it up from bottom to top
9.
It stops until only the yellow part is left.
10.
Cut into even equal parts with a spatula
11.
Go to two small portions, face them side-to-side, and use chopsticks to pinch the middle and lower portions. Do it all well!
12.
Put warm water in the pot, put the greens on the steamer, ferment for about 35 minutes, then turn on the medium heat and start steaming for 15 minutes!
Tips:
1. The one-time fermentation method is used for better shaping, so the fermentation time must be sufficient after the shaping is completed. This will also be very soft!
2. Brush a thin layer of water on the top of the roll to make the roll tighter!
3. After steaming, turn off the heat for 3 minutes before removing the lid!
