Two-color Jelly

Gelatine slices are weighed and cut into small slices

Pour in cold boiled water and soak it until it softens, about 10 minutes.

When making soft gelatine tablets, we prepare hot water, 100ml water plus 30g saccharification.

Add the soaked gelatin slices and turn off the heat after boiling until bubbling
