Universal Egg Series-golden Pearl Egg Fried Rice

Prepare ingredients: a bowl of leftover rice overnight, three eggs, cucumber and carrot each, and one chive

Beat the egg white of one of the eggs into the rice, stir the rice, and set aside the remaining egg yolk.

Beat the remaining two and a half eggs, dice cucumber and carrot, and chop chives.

Raise the oil in the bottom of the pan, pour in the eggs, stir fry, fry and pour out for later use.

Raise the pot again, pour in the bottom oil, pour in the carrots and start to fry.

Pour in the leftover rice and continue to stir fry.

Stir-fry until the rice grains rise, pour in the diced cucumber, and continue to stir-fry.

Pour in the fried eggs one by one, then add salt and light soy sauce until they are cooked through and out of the pan.

The finished picture is here. You must choose the native eggs to get the feeling of golden beads. Ordinary eggs will not have this effect.
Tips:
1. In addition to rice and eggs, other ingredients can be added as you like.
2. Carrots must be filled with the base oil first, so that the vitamins in it can be fried.
