Vegetarian Fried Rattan Vegetables

1. Teng Teng Cai pinched off and soaked in salt water for a while.

2. Remove and drain the water.

3. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic until fragrant.

4. Add rattan vegetables and stir fry.

5. Stir-fry until the rattan vegetables are soft, add salt, and season with chicken essence before serving.
