Vegetarian Stir-fried Clover Beans

Tear off the carob tendons, wash and set aside

Diagonal knife cuts evenly
3.
Put salt in a pan on high heat, stir-fry the beans, stir-fry for about two minutes, add water to submerge the beans, simmer on medium heat
4.
When the water is almost dry, open the lid and stir fry until the moisture and vapor are all dry
