Vegetarian Stir-fried Crystal Peel

Pull the skin over the water.

Peel and shred carrots.

Clean and shred sweet peppers.

Heat oil in a pan, sauté the chopped green onion, add two shreds, pour in the light soy sauce, stir-fry a few times and then add the peeling, topped with the flavor is very fresh, out of the pan!
Tips:
Choose wet vermicelli for crystal peeling, and be sure to have cold water before frying!
