Beat 2 eggs into a bowl and beat into egg liquid.

Add 30 ml of whipped cream and 30 ml of pure milk to the egg liquid.

Cut fresh pork belly into thin slices. (It is easier to slice pork belly in the refrigerator for 1 hour.)

Chopped spicy cabbage.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, turn to medium heat and fry the pork belly until the oil is burnt on both sides.

Pour the spicy cabbage.

Stir-fry evenly. (Spicy cabbage has a salty taste, so there is no need to add salt.)

Pour the rice. (Rice is best to use overnight rice.)

Put the fried rice into a small bowl, compact and shape, and place the fried rice upside down on a baking bowl that can be put in the oven.

Remove the small bowl.

Pour in the egg liquid.

Sprinkle 80 grams of shredded cheese at the same time. (It is best to use mozzarella for cheese, so that it has a silky effect. You must put more in order to taste delicious.)

Put the baking bowl into the preheated oven at 160°C and bake for about 18 minutes until the cheese is completely melted.

Put fried sun eggs on the fried rice.
