White Pomfret in Clear Soup

Boil water in a porcelain pot.

Degut the white pomfret and clean it.
3.
After the water in the porcelain pot boils, pour the sliced ginger, peanut oil, and fish sauce into the pot in turn, and then add the white pomfret.

After the water in the pot boils again for 2 minutes, add fresh perilla, then turn off the heat and serve.
5.
When eating fish, add some fish sauce, it's absolutely delicious!
Tips:
1. Perilla can be replaced with shallots or coriander.
