White Sliced Chicken
1.
Half a fresh hen, wash it after slaughter and put a little salt on it.
2.
Boil water in the pot, put the chicken and ginger (slap) in, bring to a boil on high heat, simmer for 40 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. (Need to flip a bit during the period)
3.
If you don’t know whether the chicken is cooked or not, use chopsticks to insert it from the chicken leg. If you can easily insert it, it means it is cooked.
4.
When cooking the chicken, cut the green and red peppers into small circles and mince the garlic.
5.
Wash the green onions and cut into chopped green onions.
6.
Wash the coriander and cut into small pieces, put it in a bowl and set aside.
7.
Put oil in the pot, add green and red peppers and minced garlic until fragrant.
8.
Pour the light soy sauce.
9.
Pour in the chopped green onion, add a little boiling water and bring to a boil, turn off the heat.
10.
Pour the seasoning into the coriander bowl and stir well with chopsticks.
11.
Take out the cooked chicken, let it cool, and chop it into small pieces with a machete.
12.
Lay out. Just serve it with a dipping dish.
Tips:
1. We have few people, so we do half of them. If there are many people, increase the amount of ingredients accordingly, and the cooking time will be relatively longer.
2. If you don't like spicy food, you can leave out chili.
3. I choose hens, and those who like to eat roosters are determined by their tastes.
