Whole Wheat Bread

Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine and start the kneading program

Add butter and continue kneading until you can pull out the fascia
3.
Ferment in a basin
4.
Wait until it's doubled
5.
After rolling out the bubbles, divide them into even small doses
6.
Rub it into an olive shape with your hands and make three cuts
7.
All done, the fermentation is twice as big
8.
Oven at 175 degrees, 25 minutes!
