Wild Curd Fish

Heat a little oil in the wok, add ginger and garlic and stir fry

Pour in dried cured fish, then pour in a small amount of cooking wine and stir fry. After stir fry, add water (without the fish), cover the pot and cook for 30 minutes, first boil on high heat, and then slowly cook over medium heat

Tips:
1. Dried fish is wild and has a certain umami taste, so there is no need to put too much seasoning such as MSG!
2. The fish has been salted during the smoking process, so there is no need to put too much salt in the frying process!
