Stir-fried Dried Preserved Fish with Colored Pepper

Prepare ingredients: cured fish, red pepper, green pepper, parsley, etc.;

Cut dried cured fish into pieces, remove the seeds and shreds of red pepper and green pepper respectively; remove the root of parsley, wash, and cut into sections;

Tips:
1. If the dried fish has a salty taste, the amount of salt needs to be reduced;
