Stir-fried Dried Preserved Fish with Colored Pepper

1. Prepare ingredients: cured fish, red pepper, green pepper, parsley, etc.;

2. Cut dried cured fish into pieces, remove the seeds and shreds of red pepper and green pepper respectively; remove the root of parsley, wash, and cut into sections;
