Wine Prawn Angel Pasta

Materials are ready.

Carefully remove the shrimp head, peel off the shell and retain the tail; wipe off the residue on the shrimp head with kitchen paper; carefully cut along the back of the shrimp and pull out the shrimp intestines.

Chop garlic and parsley and set aside.

Tips:
1. After the pasta is drained, add some olive oil and mix well to avoid sticking.
2. The main purpose of lemon juice is to balance the taste, so you don't need to add too much.
