The weather has suddenly picked up these days and the sunshine is so beautiful that I can’t help but want to eat some ice cream. But you know that middle-aged girls always add goji berries to the cola, so the ice cream must be added with walnuts to be considered healthy. Oh, by the way, because although the weather has improved, it is not tolerable in winter after all. It feels just right when it is made into a milkshake. Now that I have decided to take care of my mouth, I don't think about so many others for the time being.

Winter Honey Walnut Shake

1. Prepare all ingredients

2. Put all the ingredients in the cooking cup

3. Select 1 gear to run for 15 seconds, then select 8 gear to run for 15 seconds

4. Can be stirred with the aid of a stir bar

Tips:

1. This milkshake is best eaten in winter, it will turn into water in summer
