Bread temptation: a kind of bread ice cream, known as the best Hong Kong-style dessert, also known as: thick toast.
I first met the temptation of bread when I met my friends in a Hong Kong-style tea restaurant. The simplest kind ~ a white ice cream ball was placed on half of the toast; I tried a piece at the invitation of, and took a bite, wow: it’s really delicious; the surface shell is: hot and warm, crispy and crispy, the filling: moist and mellow, fragrant and not greasy, then dip Eating ice cream together, the feeling of ice and fire sliding directly into the throat in an instant, filled the whole mouth.
Because I have always missed the temptation, ordering a piece of bread outside is tempting and the price is not low, but it is much more cost-effective to make it at home. You can put whatever you want, and put as much as you want. What you want is the heavy one. Temptation, and the ingredients needed are relatively simple: toast, ice cream balls, honey, butter and favorite fruits~~~

1. Prepare the ingredients and prepare a toast in advance

2. Use a knife to cut 1.5cm around the toast, don’t cut the bottom

3. Then turn the toast on its side, use a knife to insert it about 2~3cm from the bottom of one side, gently move the knife back and forth a few times, and don’t cut the edges.

4. Take advantage of the trend, so that a complete toast core comes out, as shown in the figure

5. Cut the toast core into 3 slices, then cut each slice into 9 small squares for later use

6. Heat the butter to melt and stir in the honey and stir well

7. Brush the inside of the toast shell with butter and honey juice

8. Then brush each small piece of toast core with butter and honey juice

9. After brushing them all, restore the bread cubes to the toast crust one by one

10. Put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven: 180 degrees up and down

11. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the surface is browned

12. Take out the toast, add nuts, raisins, ice cream balls and Oreo cookies to decorate, and finally melt the dark chocolate into a piping bag and squeeze it on top, and you're done

Tips:

1. Toast can be made by yourself, or you can buy ready-made, but it must be cool enough, or it can be kept in the refrigerator overnight.
2. There is no uniform requirement for decorating ingredients, but ice cream balls are a must, absolutely indispensable, otherwise it won’t be a temptation for bread.
3. When baking bread, you can bake the bread cubes first and then put them in the toast, or you can put them in first and then bake them like I did.
