Yam Lamb Soup
1.
Prepare raw materials: 850g bone-in lamb, 1300g yam.
2.
Wash the bone-in lamb and cut into pieces.
3.
Wash the ginger and pat loose. Put the old ginger into the pot and pour enough water.
4.
Put the mutton pieces into the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer on medium heat for 2 hours.
5.
When stewing lamb, peel and wash the yam and cut into pieces.
6.
Skim the froth in the mutton soup. Put in yam cubes after 2 hours and simmer for another hour.
7.
After the ingredients are 80% cooked, add in an appropriate amount of salt.
8.
Then add an appropriate amount of pepper and stir well.
9.
After half an hour, turn off the heat and serve.
Tips:
When stewing lamb, it is recommended to add some peppercorns to the pot. My child has measles, so we didn't put peppercorns.
