Yogurt Fruit Salad
1.
Put the chocolate coins and butter in a glass bowl
2.
Melt into chocolate paste in water
3.
Spread the chocolate paste evenly on the baking grease paper with a spatula, and spread it into a circle.
4.
Then carefully put it into a clean and dry bowl, organize the shape, and put it in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours
5.
Then take out and carefully remove the greased paper. You can also use plastic wrap to make a bowl shape. I made two shapes separately.
6.
Cut the kiwi fruit into cubes, dig out the flesh of the dragon fruit, leave the shell to make a cup (my husband doesn’t like chocolate, so I will use this to make a cup for him)
7.
Put the diced fruit in the cup
8.
Then add homemade yogurt,
9.
Put a little fruit diced on top to decorate, you can enjoy this mixed yogurt fruit chocolate cup
Tips:
I use black coins with 70% cocoa butter. If you don’t like the dark chocolate, you can change it to other ones, such as Dove’s milk chocolate, and just melt it directly without adding butter.
