Cut 1//4 pieces of toast bread for later use.

Scoop out the inner bread and cut into small pieces.

Beat the eggs, add milk and sugar, mix well.

Soak the croutons in the milk and egg mixture to fully absorb the liquid, remove them and place them in a baking tray lined with tin foil.

Put the bread box soaked in milk and egg mixture into the baking tray, and put it into the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.

Bake until the crust is crispy and the heart is soft. Put the croutons in the toast box.

Drizzle in chocolate sauce or squeeze whipped cream.

Tips:
The custard must soak the bread thoroughly so that it will be tender on the outside and tender on the inside.
