Curry Breaded Chicken
1.
Wash the chicken breast, peel it, and cut into small pieces for later use.
2.
For toast bread, use a knife to cut out a rectangle in the middle to make it into the shape of a box. Be careful not to dig through the bottom!
3.
Put the dug out toast box and the dug out bread cubes into the baking tray, and bake them in the oven at 175 degrees for 5 minutes. After they come out, the bread will become more crispy and the shape will be firmer.
4.
Wash peas, peel and dice carrots.
5.
Heat the pan with cold oil, add the peas and carrots and stir-fry evenly, then add the chicken breast and fry until the color changes.
6.
Pour curry paste into the pot. (You can also use common curry cubes instead, if you put two curry cubes, it tastes just right)
7.
Pour in a small bowl of water and stir fry together with the curry paste.
8.
Cover the pot and let it sit for 5 minutes. After opening the lid, reduce the curry sauce until it thickens.
9.
Put the cooked chicken curry in the toast box and the bread has absorbed the curry juice, which is simply delicious! The extra bread can be eaten with curry.
Tips:
The toast box must be dug carefully and not broken.
