A Must-have for The Chinese New Year Dining Table...chilled Jue Gen Noodles
1.
I missed the shot of the ingredients. I simply took a shot: prepare jue root powder, cucumber, mung bean sprouts (you can leave the leftovers in the miso soup), coriander, peanuts (make it in advance, many cold dishes can be used, my dad is the best Love)
2.
Boil the jue root powder in a pot under water and cook for 3-5 minutes (put cold water in the middle to taste, like harder for 3 minutes, softer for 5 minutes) and set aside (put cold water, otherwise it will be easy to get stuck).
3.
Mung bean sprouts also need to be blanched with hot water (not too much) and put in cold water for later use.
4.
Cut cucumbers, coriander, and peanuts, add salt and sugar in turn.
5.
There are peanuts.
6.
The important moment has arrived: put oil in the pot, add pepper and chili (if you like spicy food, or add chili noodles for better taste) my family is not suitable for the elderly because of children, but they are all delicious! When the oil temperature rises, it will smoke slightly, turn off the fire, and pour it into a basin (be sure to pour it on salt and sugar to dissolve quickly).
7.
After pouring the old oil, add flavor, oyster sauce, vinegar, sesame oil... to taste (I usually taste it while mixing, this is not a good habit, but it is delicious when mixed in this way, and you must use it later).
8.
The final product, the first empty plate on the table...the other is the cold bitter chrysanthemum which is also very good.
Tips:
Because the children eat more, I added some walnuts (boiled in water, a bit sweet! The children still like it, love the kitchen, love the family.
