Stir the softened butter with powdered sugar.

Add egg liquid in portions.

Sift in the low flour and almond flour and press into a dough.

Divide the dough into two equal parts, take one part and add cocoa powder.

Two types of dough are obtained, original flavor and cocoa flavor.

Put the dough in a fresh-keeping bag and roll it into a square.

Brush one of the dough pieces with egg wash, and put the other piece on top. The two pieces of dough are stacked together.

Cut the overlapped dough pieces from the middle and stack them together again. Be sure to brush the egg wash between all the two stacked faces.

Cut in the middle.

Fold them together a third time, and then cut them.

The last two pieces are stacked together and placed in the freezer of the refrigerator for an hour.

Make chestnut puree during freezing. The chestnuts are cooked, peeled, and sieved. Then add cooked vegetable oil and soft white sugar and mix it into a state that can be kneaded into a dough.

Cut the frozen noodles into 6mm slices, put on the chestnut sticks, and roll them up.

Put it in a non-stick baking tray and heat the middle layer of the oven at 185 degrees for about 15 minutes.
