Tips:
1. The cake is soft, and the cream is also soft, so I added some crispy oatmeal chocolate to increase the taste, and I like food with rich taste more and more~!
2. I didn't explain in detail how to decorate the flowers, so you start thinking and do whatever you like!
3. Angel cake has very low calories and does not rise too much. Therefore, the cake body needs to be as large as the amount of custard in the mold. I used 4 small egg whites, a 6-inch one is just right.
