First prepare the filtering device. I used a sieve for sifting flour, and put it on the container to become a simple filter. I packed two boxes of yogurt with Mosslian diamonds that I made at home. Pour the yogurt into four layers of gauze, tie the gauze mouth with thread, buckle a small bowl on the yogurt bag, and place it in the refrigerator.

It can already be seen that the whey is oozing out and dripping, and the process of whey precipitation is at least 4 hours but not more than 24 hours.

After the whey is separated, the yogurt in the gauze is basically solid, like cream or ice cream

Lift the gauze and pour the solid yogurt into a bowl

Healthy afternoon tea ~ Two spoons of Greek yogurt with Granola crisp oats, dried bananas, fresh fruit, topped with jam

Energetic breakfast yogurt cup ~ a slice of whole wheat bread, the surface is toasted and crispy, after being removed, spread on the bottom of the cup, and then add two spoons of Greek yogurt, jam, and granola crisp oatmeal.
