This is a softer bread than I thought. Tear off a piece gently with your hand, you can see the tissue as thin as a cicada's wings. When eaten in the mouth, it is filled with the aroma of cheese. The chewing texture seems to be able to touch the softest part of the heart.

Ingredients

Cheese Buns

1. The cream cheese is first taken out of the refrigerator to soften at room temperature. After it has softened, pour all the ingredients except the butter into the bread bucket. Then start the kneading program and knead for about ten minutes. At this time, it has been kneaded into a smooth dough, cut the butter into small pieces and press into the dough, and then continue to knead the dough. Knead until you can pull out a thin film without breaking.

2. I knead it with a bread machine, and it took more than 20 minutes to get this kind of film. At this time, leave the dough in the bucket for basic fermentation, and send it to 2.5 times its original volume. I used it for two hours

3. After the hair is finished (I forgot to shoot), take out the dough and press to exhaust, let it stand for 10 minutes

4. Then divide the dough equally into 9 portions, round each portion, and put them in an 8-inch non-stick baking pan, then place the baking pan in a warm and moist place for the second fermentation. I posted it for about an hour

5. Brush a layer of whole egg liquid on the made dough, then dip one end of a rolling pin with water and stick some black sesame seeds to decorate. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, then put the middle or lower layer, fire up and down, bake for 15 minutes

Tips:

1. You can buy yogurt in the supermarket or make it yourself. I use the kind of thick yogurt;
2. Because of the addition of cream cheese, this bread is very soft and tastes great. But you can't add too much cream cheese, or the texture of the bread will become rough and the taste will become hard;
3. A medium-sized egg is about 60 grams, so you can leave a little when making bread, and use it when brushing the egg liquid at the end;
4. My oven has high firepower, so 15 minutes is the reference time. You can extend the time by a few minutes according to your own oven situation;
5. If you don't have this square baking pan, you can also use a separate bread tray for baking, or use a toast tin to bake the whole dough. If you use a toast mold, it will be 170 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes.
