Yogurt Curry Chicken Wings
1.
Prepare materials
2.
Clean the chicken wings, and cut two cuts diagonally on the front and back of each chicken wing with a knife
3.
Pour the yogurt in a sealable container and add a teaspoon of salt
4.
The garlic is flattened and chopped, then add curry powder and freshly ground black pepper into the container and stir evenly
5.
Spread the cut chicken wings evenly with the sauce, then seal them and put them in the refrigerator for 12 hours
6.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, bake the chicken wings for about 25 minutes (both sides must be roasted) before serving
Tips:
1 In addition to chicken wings, chicken breasts can be used instead of chicken breasts, which taste the same
2 The yogurt used here must be original and sugar-free, so that the marinated chicken wings have a pure taste.
3 Because I advocate a low-salt diet, I only use a small spoonful of salt. If you like to eat a bit stronger, you can add a little more salt and curry powder to enhance the taste.
4 The sauce on the chicken wings may melt and fall off when the chicken wings are roasted. You can brush the excess sauce on the chicken wings according to the situation.
5 Pour the marinated and brushed sauce into a pot and heat it to bubbling. Let it cool to use as a dipping sauce.
