After shaping, it is fermented in a toast mold for the second time, and then baked at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. I baked two toasts

Toasted toast, let cool and sliced

Put milk and eggs in a bowl and mix well

For the convenience of soaking, I pour the egg milk into the dish, soak the toast slices in it, soak both sides, so that the toast is filled with the egg milk

Heat a frying pan, put a little butter, add the soaked toast slices, and fry on low heat

Fry until one side is set, turn it over, and fry until both sides are set. Fry both slices of toast this way

Place a slice of fried toast on the plate, drizzle with chocolate sauce, and then drizzle with some yogurt

Press the other slice on top, drizzle chocolate sauce on the surface, drizzle with yogurt

Scrape the solid chocolate into pieces with a spatula and sprinkle on the top. I wanted to use bitter dark chocolate, but I had a piece of Dove's milk chocolate on hand, so I chopped it up. But personally, I think it tastes better.
