Prepare four boxes of pure annual milk (250ml*4), one pack of lactic acid bacteria yogurt starter (one small pack, one gram)

Use boiling water to scald the bread bucket and the chopsticks used for stirring for about five minutes to disinfect, then pour out the water, dry it with kitchen paper, or blow the water inside with a hair dryer.

Put the bread bucket into the bread machine (without a stirring rod), and pour a carton of milk first.

Then pour the lactic acid bacteria yogurt starter (a small packet).

Stir well with chopsticks.

Pour the remaining three boxes of milk.

Stir well.

Cover the lid of the bread machine and adjust the menu: Function---Features---Yogurt, press the start button (display direct fermentation, the default time is 6 hours) in the middle, do not lift the lid, do not move it back and forth, so as not to affect the fermentation.

Looking through the glass skylight of the bread machine, the yogurt is fermented quietly. (The method is very simple, the operation is very worry-free, you can go to sleep)

The next morning, the fermented yogurt was white and smooth as a mirror.

Tips:
The bread bucket and the things used for mixing must be scalded and disinfected with boiling water. The lactic acid bacteria yogurt starter can be purchased from a certain treasure. If the milk is in the refrigerator, it should be placed at room temperature before using it. Try to choose a big brand of milk. Pour the prepared yogurt into a clean bottle, close the lid and put it in the refrigerator, and consume it within three or four days. If it is made at night, you will be able to drink delicious yogurt the next morning. The strain yogurt used cannot be used with fruit materials, let alone fruit-flavored yogurt. It is not recommended to add sugar when making yogurt. If the amount is not well controlled, it will affect the fermentation of lactic acid bacteria. Just pour honey on it when eating.
