Adzuki Bean Cold Cake

1. Rinse the red beans and add the amount of water that has been deserted to the red beans, soak for more than 2 hours in advance

2. Pour the soaked red beans with water into the pot, then add appropriate amount of water, boil on high heat and turn to medium-low heat and cook for about 1 hour, until crushed with a spatula, add appropriate amount of sugar and cook until saccharification.

3. Soak the agar in cold water

4. Pour the boiled red bean and soup into a blender to puree and pour it back into the pot

5. Pick up the agar and put it in the bowl and steam it until the agar melts into a liquid

6. Add the liquefied agar and pour into the red bean puree, stir while heating, until smooth

7. Pour into the fresh-keeping box to let cool, put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour and then cut into pieces for consumption
