Almond Butter Cookies

The butter is softened and weighed together with the powdered sugar.

Use a manual whisk to beat it until the color turns white and the volume is swollen, about 2 minutes

Add whipped cream and continue to beat with a manual whisk.

Sift in high flour and cornstarch.

Pour in almond flour.

Use a spatula to mix into a moist dough.

Put it into the decorating device, choose your favorite cookie decorating nozzle, squeeze it onto the baking tray, and send it to the preheated oven. In the middle of the oven, the upper and lower fire, 175 degrees for 16 minutes
