Apple Jam

Put the apple meat and water into a blender and beat into a puree (500g is the net weight after peeling and pitting)

Pour into the milk pot, pour in the white sugar and lemon juice, simmer slowly,

During the cooking process, the apples will still have water. It takes about 1 hour to cook into a thick jam. The cooked apple sauce can be cooled and sealed.
