It’s been cold these days, and eating fruit feels so icy. It’s been a few days since I saw two apples, so let’s not waste it. Let’s eat it in another way!

Apple Pie

1. Ingredients for Pie Crust

2. Cut the butter into small pieces, pour it into the flour, add sugar, and knead it with your hands until no lumps of butter are felt.

3. Put in water and stir evenly

4. Knead into a smooth dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for about an hour

5. Pie crust ingredients: peeled and cored apples and cut into small pieces

6. Put the butter in a pot and heat it over a small fire to melt it. The fire will burn.

7. Put the butter in the apple and stir fry

8. Add sugar and continue to stir fry, the heat can be a little bigger and fry

9. After frying out the water, simmer slowly on low heat until the apples are soft

10. Mix water and starch into water starch and pour into the apple

11. Continue to stir fry to thicken

12. After an hour, take out the dough from the refrigerator and divide it into one third and three molecules.

13. Make the three elements two into pie crust

14. Poke small holes in the bottom of the pie with a fork

15. Put the apple filling in the pie pan and spread evenly

16. Roll out the three-molecule dough into a round shape and cut twenty noodles of the same size

17. Spread ten strips evenly horizontally, weave it vertically: one line up and one line down...Preheat the oven: 180 degrees, ten minutes, up and down

18. After knitting, press the side with your hand, press firmly, and break the excess

19. Brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface

20. Put it in the preheated oven: 180 degrees, upper and lower fire, middle level, 15 minutes; when it is done, adjust the temperature to 150 degrees, 20 minutes

21. Eat it while it’s hot, the hot apples and crunchy pie crust are really delicious

Tips:

Make a 6-inch pie with this amount. It's just as delicious without cinnamon powder and lemon juice! The temperature of each oven is different, mine is on the high side; it must be based on the temperature of your own oven.
