Apricot and Yellow Peach Goat Milk Pudding

Stir the main ingredients in a beautiful large glass bowl and heat them on a small fire. We call it Liquid A

Stir the isinglass powder with 3 times the volume of cold water to form a paste, then separate the water and stir, you will find that the paste becomes thinner and finally becomes a liquid, we call it paste B

Pour the paste B into liquid A quickly, then let it stand to room temperature, put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours, take it out and serve it on a plate or cut it into pieces~~~
Tips:
Isinglass powder this stuff~ You must master a good amount. I think I still make it thinner and want to make it more solid. Just put a little bit more and about 10 grams is almost the same~~
