Put a little water in the rice cooker first, and then press the cooking button, because my goat's milk is freshly squeezed, so it needs to be cooked in water.

Yogurt is the yogurt on the market. Because you can't find goat milk, I have to use this as a primer. Weigh the number and twist it. If not, just pour half of it.

When the goat's milk is cold and warm to the touch, it is almost 40 degrees Celsius. At this time, it is most suitable for fungus fermentation. Then pour the yogurt and stir evenly. Stir well and seal well

Put a mat in the pot so that the bottom of the box cannot touch water, and then press the heat preservation button (because the rice cooker I use is the kind of rice cooker that is a long time ago, and the heat preservation is very poor, so I need the heat preservation button if it is a new type. Cut off the power directly and prevent the box from contacting water for fear of the temperature being too high.

This is the finished product after 6 hours, haha, it’s not very successful, because there is still some liquid water in it, maybe my box is not airtight! But the first time I did it, it should be pretty good. It can be put in the refrigerator now. Expect. . . . . .
