Arctic Shrimp Lean Meat Porridge

Soak the rice in oil and salt water for 20 minutes.

Tips:
1. When thawing, take the Arctic shrimp out of the refrigerator and place it at room temperature to thaw naturally. Please do not soak in water to thaw, especially in hot water! Because that will cause the original delicious taste of Arctic shrimp to be lost. Do not defrost directly at room temperature when the temperature is high in summer. You can slowly defrost it in a fresh-keeping cabinet at 0-4 degrees, so as to maximize the taste and freshness of the Arctic shrimp.
2. The reason is that the Arctic shrimp itself is cooked, so in order to maintain the taste of the Arctic shrimp, it does not need to be cooked for a long time.
