This time I saw such a perfect Arctic shrimp with seeds, rich in nutrition and great taste. Unique fresh and salty taste, endless aftertaste after entrance.
This time, I used my own hydroponic garlic seedlings to stir-fry the Arctic shrimp. It is really close in texture, slightly sweet, and delicious!

Stir-fried Arctic Shrimp with Garlic Seedlings

1. The Arctic prawns are naturally thawed and their heads removed.

2. Chop garlic sprouts, cut ginger into 2 slices, and cut garlic cubes.

3. Heat oil in a pot, add ginger and garlic until fragrant.

4. Pour in the Arctic shrimp and stir fry.

5. Reduce the heat, add a small handful of crushed brown sugar, pour a little rice wine, and melt the sugar.

6. Pour in garlic sprouts and organic soy sauce and stir fry.

7. Pour in garlic sprouts and organic soy sauce and stir fry. Add less water and stir-fry evenly.

8. Finally, add salt to taste.
