Assorted Pizza with Fried Noodles

Prepare all the ingredients. Cut the carrots and ham into small cubes in advance. Cook the noodles for about 5 minutes, remove them, and drain the water.

Prepare a small pan, and pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan.

Put the cooked noodles in a pan, fry on low heat, and lightly compact the noodles with a spatula.

Fry until the bottom is golden and crunchy, then squeeze the fried sauce bag onto the noodles and spread it evenly with a spoon.

Sprinkle a layer of grated cheese evenly.

Mix the diced carrots, peas, corn kernels, and diced ham, and spread them evenly.

Finally, evenly sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese.

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees, up and down, and bake for 15 minutes. (My pan is relatively small and can go directly into the oven)

Tips:
1. When frying the noodles in a pan, be sure to fry the bottom crispy, and at the same time, sprinkle a little more shredded cheese to make the taste better.
2. The small pan during the process can be directly put into the oven. If your family's is relatively large, you can fry the noodles crisply, then take it out and put it in the pizza tray. This is also possible.
