Autumn Pear Paste

First prepare the required materials, peel the pears and cut into pieces, and break the Luo Han Guo into small pieces.

Use a food processor to beat the pears into puree. There is no food processor to use Sassafras sassafras.

Cook until the juice in the pot begins to thicken, stir continuously with a spatula, until the juice becomes thick and thick, and the sticky feeling can be turned off

Leave to cool until warm, add honey and stir well. (Do not add honey as soon as it is out of the pot, otherwise the nutrition of the honey will be damaged if it is too hot)
