Autumn Pear Paste

Prepare all the ingredients, 5 autumn pears (about 1000 grams), 1 mangosteen (about 30 grams), 40 grams of rock sugar, 30 grams of ginger, and 100 ml of honey;

Wash the Sydney pears, peel them, remove the seeds, wipe out the pear puree and pear juice with a wiper, and wash the ginger cleanly;

Boil on high heat and turn to low heat for 30 minutes;

Cool, add honey, mix well, and put into a sealed jar. To drink, just take a spoonful of warm water and boil it.
Tips:
1. Pear paste and pear juice can also be broken with a food processor;
2. Add honey and mix well after cooking or cooling. Adding honey when it is hot will lose its nutrition;
3. Drink warm water when you drink it, and drink it.
