Avocado and Pear Salad-a Highly Nutritious Salad with Zero Difficulty
1.
The fully ripe avocado is cut in half and pitted vertically.
2.
Dig out half of the pulp. (The other half should be eaten as soon as possible, preferably not overnight, otherwise the surface will turn black and tend to produce black tendons)
3.
Add the right amount of sugar, not too much, the fragrant pear itself is quite sweet.
4.
Mash until the sugar is completely melted (after mixing, it is better to refrigerate for a while).
5.
Peel the fragrant pear and cut into small pieces.
6.
It can be eaten after mixing well.
Tips:
Choose a fully ripe avocado
