Pasta with Avocado, Chicken and Asparagus
1.
Add a little salt and olive oil to the boiling water pot, put the pasta into the pot and spread until the bottom boils soft and all penetrates into the water. Cook for 8-10 minutes on medium heat (without hard cores), remove and drain the water. In a bowl, stir in a little olive oil to prevent adhesion.
2.
Cut the chicken into pieces, pour it into a pan, and fry on medium-high heat for about 5 minutes. The chicken is cooked but not thorough enough. Season with salt and pepper.
3.
Wash the asparagus and cut off the older roots. Cut into sections and pour into a pan. Stir fry with the chicken. Season with salt and pepper as appropriate. After about 3-4 minutes, when the asparagus has softened, raise the pot.
4.
Put the fried chicken and asparagus into the bowl of pasta.
5.
Pour the pasta cream sauce (which can be microwaved) into the pasta bowl.
6.
Cut the avocado in half and save small pieces.
7.
Pour the avocado cubes, chopped walnuts and chopped parsley into a bowl. Stir until evenly, done!
