Baby Cordyceps Turkey Noodle

Finely chop the chives.

One baby cabbage, and the right amount of fresh cordyceps flowers.

The baby cabbage has six petals, appropriate amount of salt in the water, and boiled water.

Cordyceps flowers are well-washed.

Lay out.

Turkey noodle cubes.

The turkey noodles are boiled and chewy. Take them out. (Please ignore that sea cucumber, my son didn't eat it, so he didn't put it on the plate)

Squeeze an appropriate amount on the turkey fabric and mix well.

Squeeze an appropriate amount of turkey fabric onto the cordyceps flowers and mix well.

Put the mixed cordyceps flowers on the noodles. Sprinkle with chopped chives.
