Baby Snacks: Pumpkin Soy Beans

Weigh good ingredients (pumpkin puree needs to be sifted in advance)

Sifted milk powder and corn starch

Pour the flour into the pumpkin puree and stir evenly

Now start to beat the egg whites, add the sugar in 3 times, beat until hard foaming

Take 1/3 of the egg whites and add them to the pumpkin paste, cut and mix evenly, add egg whites in turn, until the addition is complete

Finally a very delicate and smooth cake batter

Put the cake batter into a medium piping bag (put in the medium round piping nozzle in advance), and squeeze out a small round ball on the baking pan (be sure to put a silicone mat on the baking pan)

Preheat the oven at 120°C for 10 minutes, put it in the baking tray, turn at 100°C and bake for 50 minutes, then simmer for 20 minutes and take it out
