Bacon Lotus Root Slices

The bacon is washed with warm water, mainly to wash off dust and other things. The bacon is steamed in the basket first.

Peel the lotus root and cut into thin slices, and slice the garlic.

Sliced bacon. Cut red pepper into pieces.

Pour oil in the wok, fry the garlic slices and peppercorns.

Stir-fry the lotus root slices until they are ripe.

Tips:
For this kind of small stir-frying, it is accustomed to add a little bit of water, which is more conducive to the flavour blending. The water must not be too much, and it should be dried quickly. If it is too much, the flavor of the bacon will be lost.
2. The lotus root can be oiled first, and it will taste more fragrant. I personally feel that it is healthier with less oil.
3. The bacon itself is salty, so light soy sauce can make the side dishes delicious, basically without adding salt.
