Bacon Meringue Rolls

3 pieces of scallion-flavored Indian flying cakes.

3 pieces of bacon.

Spread the bacon on the flying cake.

Overlap one by one.

Three cakes are rolled into a cylinder and placed in the refrigerator to freeze.

Frozen hard enough, cut into 1 cm thick slices.

Put it in the baking tray. Preheat the oven at 200°C for 5 minutes, and heat up and down, and bake the middle layer for 15 minutes.

The fat is basically baked out, especially crispy.
Tips:
The rolled bacon must be frozen before cutting, otherwise the cut shape will affect the appearance.
